On Monday, August 14, QuickServe Online users will see improvements in the process required to access service and warranty
documents in QuickServe Online. These changes affect the Service, Warranty and Parts pages.
The most significant changes are:
1) We have eliminated unnecessary clicks and windows that open when viewing service and warranty documents. Document categories
will be displayed on the Parts / Service / Warranty pages in a "tree-view" format. A "+" sign will precede each document category
link under "Service Information" on the Service and Parts pages and under "Warranty Information" on the Warranty page. When
the user clicks on the "+" or on the name of the document category (e.g., "Troubleshooting and Repair Manuals"), links will
expand to display a list of all the documents available for the engine serial number or engine family selected. The new process
will either reduce the number of "clicks" required to access documents or the number of additional web pages that are opened.
2) The order of manual or document types listed under "Service Information" will change. The order will be more logical. More
frequently-viewed document types will be at the top of the list. If there is a Service Manual for the esn or engine family
selected, a "Service Manuals" link will appear directly below the "Troubleshooting and Repair Manuals" link.
