EDS Shut Off

Expert Diagnostic System (EDS) Decommission – ACTION NEEDED

  Traduction Français-Canadien

EDS will be decommissioned on September 1, 2024.   After the shutdown date, EDS data including active jobs or historical diagnostic information will not be accessible. Going forward, EDS historical data will be available for viewing only through QSOL and Guidanz Service Event Management.

QSOL and INSITE will continue to be available for diagnostics and troubleshooting and will not be impacted by the decommissioning of EDS.

To avoid rework of inflight diagnostic sessions, it is highly recommended that all service providers start using Guidanz Service Event Management or QSOL + INSITE before the decommission date.

Custom Solutions:  Service procedures may vary based on each Service Provider and region.
