Cummins continues to deliver digital capabilities to improve customer uptime and reliability through innovative digital apps,
product enhancements and service integrations. New, industry first predictive service insights will be available early 2023
which enable greater uptime for Cummins powered vehicles using Cummins digital solutions.
Predictive service insight models identify degradation on certain components that are late in their life, giving an asset-based
recommendation on when to replace them and allowing customers to plan the repair event before an actual failure occurs. These
components include PM sensor, Engine & System Out NOx Sensor on select X15 2017 to 2020 Cummins engines.
Notice for On-Highway United States 2017-2020 X15 Customers: Predictive service insights will be available on X15 Engine &
System Out NOx and PM sensors starting Feb 2023.
