Introduction

This training will introduce you to the ReCon Engine Tailoring Program (RETP). When you are finished with this training you will understand what the RETP is, why it's valuable and how to use it to sell ReCon Engines.

This training covers the basics of the program, and at the end, you will be given a link to detailed, step by step instructions for carrying out two tasks involved with this: an up-front tailoring quote and filing a tailoring claim.
